“I’d like to do a constellation… but I don’t know about what”

Many people tell me:

“I’d really like to try a constellation, but I don’t know about what. I don’t have a specific topic.”

And the good news is this: that’s not a problem at all.

In group constellations, you don’t need to arrive with a defined theme. The first thing you do is choose someone to represent you. That person steps into the center and shares what they are feeling. From there, the constellation unfolds and very unexpected things begin to happen.

Often, someone arrives thinking:

“Maybe I should look at my relationship with my partner.”

And ends up discovering that the deeper issue was actually connected to a sibling, a parent, or another hidden dynamic within the family system.

That’s what makes theme-free group constellations so special.

You completely surrender control. You let go. And you allow the field (or the Universe) to bring exactly what your soul needs for its evolution.

And that is truly beautiful.

In individual constellations, the process is a little different. There are no external representatives expressing what they feel. But there is always an initial conversation, where we can define a theme that feels most relevant in your life right now.

And even if you don’t know what that theme is, we can enter the energy of the unknown and allow the field to reveal what is most important for you and for your family system at this moment.

So don’t let that doubt stop you.
