Reiki: Universal Vital Energy for Your Well-Being

 

Reiki means universal vital energy. It's a Japanese energy healing technique that aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and well-being. I use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through your physical body and your surrounding energy field.

I often channel messages present in your energy field during a Reiki session that are then transmitted to you.

Available Formats

 

Reiki is available in two formats:

• In-Person: In the greater Lisbon area and the Óbidos region in Portugal, on an agreed date. Each session lasts one hour.

• Remotely: Where you receive Reiki for 21 consecutive days on pre-defined dates.
