There's Something About What Is Live

I love everything that's live.
I think that's why I go to the theatre much more often than I go to the cinema. The energy is completely different. To me, it's even more immersive. I get goosebumps just thinking about it.
Part of what moves me so deeply about these experiences is that they're unrepeatable. What is happening exists only in that moment. There will never again be that exact combination of people, emotions, energy, and little unexpected moments that make everything feel so deeply human.
But there's something else that fascinates me even more: the energy of the collective.
It's incredible how a group of people who don't know each other can suddenly be sharing exactly the same experience. We laugh together, hold our breath at the same time, become emotional without even looking at one another. It's as if an invisible field is created whenever many people are truly present in the same place.
I think that's why I love group experiences so much. Not just theatre, but also concerts, retreats, workshops, Systemic Constellations, or even an exhibition where it feels as though everyone is, in some way, being touched by the same piece of art.
Each person is having a completely different experience. Each one brings their own story, their own perspective, their own emotions. And yet, there's something that connects us in that moment.
It's as if, for a little while, we stop being just individuals and become part of something bigger.
Maybe that's what moves me so much.
The reminder that we are deeply individual, yet never truly separate.
That what happens within me also resonates with the person beside me, even if in a completely different way.
And maybe that's why I believe so deeply in the power of groups. Because when one person allows themselves to feel, they often create space for someone else to do the same. When someone has the courage to take a step, that movement echoes far beyond themselves.
At the end of the day, I think I love everything that happens live because it reminds me of exactly that.
Life wasn't made to be simply observed.
It was made to be lived.
And, every now and then, lived together.
