innerdance isn’t dancing in the traditional sense. There’s no choreography, no steps to follow. Your body might move… or remain still. What matters isn’t what you do — it’s what you feel, what you access, what shifts inside.

During a session, you lie down with your eyes closed. Music and soundscapes guide your brain into an altered state of consciousness — similar to REM sleep.


In this state, the subconscious becomes more accessible. And from there, anything can happen:
