What you learn in an aura reading course

I'm running my first Aura Reading Course. Five weekends, from November to April, in the Greater Lisbon area, in a small group.
This text is for anyone considering it who wants to know, concretely, what gets taught.
First, your own energy
You don't start with other people. You start with yourself.
What your energy is like when it's clear, and what changes when it isn't. Where your tiredness is yours and where it belongs to someone else. What happens to your field after a difficult day, after a conversation with someone in pain, after hours in a crowded place.
This isn't an introduction to the course. It's the foundation for everything else. Without recognising your own, you won't recognise what belongs to someone else.
Telling what's yours from what you've picked up
For many people, this is the reason they arrive here at all.
You leave your days carrying things that aren't yours. You come home with someone else's weight. You lose all your energy after certain conversations and never quite understood why.
You learn to tell the difference. And from the moment you can tell, you stop carrying it without noticing.
Clearing and protecting
Once you can tell the difference, there are two practical skills.
Clearing what you've picked up, instead of waiting for it to pass on its own. And protecting beforehand, when you know you're walking into a demanding place or conversation.
Protecting isn't shutting down or keeping people at a distance. It's being able to be present without leaving empty.
Reading energy, not just auras
The course is called Aura Reading and that's what you learn. But reading energy is broader than that.
You read a person's aura. You also read the field of a place, the energy of a situation, what shifts in a room when someone walks in.
You learn the structure of a reading: how it opens, how it's held, how you access that particular person's information, and how it closes.
Giving someone a reading
By the end of the course you're able to give readings.
With method, so it isn't guesswork. With ethics, because you're handling someone's intimacy. And with clear boundaries: knowing what to say, what not to say and where to stop.
Knowing what to leave unsaid is half the work, and it's the part least talked about.
And we'll work on your own questions
This isn't an add-on. It's the condition for everything else to work.
A reading is only clear if the person reading is clear. Whatever hasn't been worked through in you will show up in what you read in others, dressed as intuition.
So over these six months we'll work on your questions and the group's. The more worked through you are, the more neutral you can be.
And that neutrality doesn't stay in the readings. It stays in you, in how you listen to people and in what you stop carrying home.
Who it's for
For anyone who works with people and leaves their days carrying things that aren't theirs.
For anyone who senses a room before they understand it and never knew what to do with that.
For anyone who wants to understand their own energy and know how to look after it.
And for anyone who wants to give readings to others responsibly.
No previous experience is needed. It's enough that you've noticed you feel things and want to understand what to do with them.
