You are not what you think you are

You are not your body, you have a body.

You are not your mind, you have a mind.

You are not your ego, you have an ego.

You are not your emotions, you have emotions.

You are made up of many parts that belong to you, but are not your identity.

Who you truly are is the consciousness that observes all of this and everything that exists.

There comes a moment on the path of self-knowledge when everything changes:

👉 You no longer confuse yourself with the mind.

👉 You no longer define yourself by the body.

👉 You are no longer guided by the ego, you simply observe it.

This is where you begin to feel the difference between identity and consciousness.

Between living on autopilot and living in presence.

When you stop identifying with every thought or emotion, your field opens.

Energy settles. And what you truly are begins to emerge.

✨ This is what we work on in sessions: returning to the center, integrating your parts, and recognizing your inner truth, beyond the noise.
