Sometimes, you're just energetically overloaded

Not all exhaustion comes from lack of rest. Sometimes you sleep well but still wake up heavy. You haven’t “done much,” but still feel drained.
That’s because your energetic body carries weight, too. And this weight can’t be measured in hours of sleep — or fixed by physical rest alone.

It’s the kind of tiredness that comes from being too energetically open. From having no space between your body and the world.
