ME

🌿My name is Filipa Lelé.🌿

🪻I was born in Lisbon in 1986, where I live and have lived most of my life.

🌞I am an Aura Reader, Reiki Master, innerdance Facilitator, Painter, Traveler, and Economist.🌞

🍃In 2019, I started looking for answers to minor health issues through traditional medicine. No conclusion was reached after many doctors and tests, and there was no medical justification for the symptoms. This led me to look for alternative therapies, namely Chinese medicine.

☘️Two years of many questions, many doubts and a lot of learning about myself and my body followed, with frustration, patience, and solidity. I also became aware of the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, of how illness is just a sign of something internal that is not being seen and welcomed. At this time, I also started painting, an activity to which I dedicate much of my free time.

🌱In 2021, I had my first aura reading, which was a huge turning point in my life. It was highly transformative to have someone, who didn't know me at all, didn't know anything about me, talk about my deepest things for an hour and bring to consciousness parts of me that were neglected and ignored.

🌳In 2021, I took the Rose Meditation course and also started therapy. In 2022, I took a six-month Aura Reading course and two levels of Essential Reiki. In 2023, I took the third and final level of Essential Reiki and the energy activation facilitator course. In 2024, I became an innerdance facilitator and will start the Systemic Constellations course. I have also participated in many other workshops, retreats, and personal development therapies with an energetic approach.

🌴I haven't stopped since I started. I've discovered so much about myself and the universe, a lot of healing and growth, it's been an intense and incredible journey within.
