Making mistakes is freedom

Making mistakes is not the opposite of getting it right.

Making mistakes is the opposite of staying stuck.

Every mistake opens possibilities, reveals angles never seen before, and brings new choices. It’s what creates movement, expansion, and clarity about what works and what no longer makes sense.

Freedom is not born from perfection — it is born from experience. From risk. From the courage to fail and keep going.

When I give myself permission to make mistakes, when I choose to hold space for the emotions that arise (fear, frustration, anxiety…), I open the path to true freedom. I can fail, choose to continue, and in doing so, dismantle the limits of my own mind.

So the next time you make a mistake, remember: it’s not a setback.

It’s movement.

And movement is life.
