Reiki and the Experience That Changed My Relationship with Health

For an entire year, I suffered from gastritis.

It was a difficult time, marked by constant pain, ongoing discomfort, and many dietary restrictions. It was not an easy year at all.
It was during this period that I took my first Reiki level, Reiki Level 1. I must admit that at the time I didn’t connect very deeply with the energy, most likely because I didn’t practice all the exercises that were recommended to me. Still, something within me kept calling me toward Reiki.
Some time later, I felt a very strong pull to move on to Level 2. And that’s when everything changed.
There was a click.
A deep connection.
Suddenly, that energy felt like it was mine and, at the same time, part of the universe. I began practicing Reiki every day, using it on myself and also on those around me. And almost without noticing, something started to shift.
It didn’t take long before the symptoms completely disappeared.
What’s interesting is that I never turned to Reiki with the expectation that it would heal my gastritis. I didn’t take any of the levels with the intention of curing anything. I went simply because I felt I had to. And within just a few days, there was no more discomfort, no unease, no pain. I began eating more normally, little by little.
Now, three years later, none of the symptoms have returned.
Even today, it still feels strange.
Sometimes it’s hard to believe this really happened. But it did.
Since then, Reiki has become one of my first tools. Whenever I feel pain or discomfort, when I catch a cold, when someone around me isn’t feeling well, or even when I see an ambulance pass by… Reiki is present.
It is very much a part of my life.
And that’s also why one of the things I most enjoy doing here, with you, is the Reiki circle. It is incredibly powerful to be able to share this energy with the world, especially in groups of people who are truly open to receiving it and allowing it to work for them.
If anything in this story resonates with you, perhaps it’s an invitation to learn more about Reiki.
And if you’d like, feel free to reach out to me.
It might be a good thing for you ✨
