✨ The 3 Levels of Essential Reiki

Each level of Reiki is a new stage of awareness and presence.

1st Level - Awakening

This is the beginning of the path. You learn to channel energy through the hands and to work on self-transformation. The body begins to clear old memories and open to a new vibration.

2nd Level - Expansion

The energy gains strength and direction. You begin to work with the mind and emotions as well, learning to send Reiki at a distance and to transform inner patterns. This is a phase of deep inner growth.

3rd Level - Integration

Reiki becomes a way of being in life. The energy flows more consciously and the focus shifts to service, harmony and alignment with purpose.

Each level is a deeper step in the reunion with yourself.
